We envision a world where people no longer make life-defining decisions out of uncertainty or external pressure, but with clarity about their talents, abilities, and professional direction.

Our vision is to make talent discovery and career alignment accessible to individuals at every stage of life helping them connect their natural gifts to professions that fit them, simplify decision-making, and build lives marked by purpose, fulfillment, and long-term impact.

MynaturalTalents was founded with a simple but powerful observation: too many people make life-changing decisions without truly understanding their talents and strengths. This often leads to academic struggles, career dissatisfaction, and unfulfilled potential.

Realizing that the most common causes of stagnant talent pool include inadequate mentoring and resources, we started a non-profit guiding college graduate to make appropriate career choices through graduate school. From our combined 100+ experience in education and mentoring, we identified interesting trends where 9 out of 10 were sitting on amazing talents they were not aware of. Most of them pursued their major mainly based on what they were made to believe would bring them money or prestige. The analysis also revealed potential career paths that were different from their major. The most surprising was a Social Change major student who could be excellent in Engineering related career.

Realizing this as a major global gap, we decided to put our expertise together in developing MynaturalTalents platform that make our unique mentoring skills available to all. This is an engaging platform which combines talent assessment and mentoring content via a teaching Radio-Podcast App to re-evolve how people discover and nurture their talents.

Today, MynaturalTalents is trusted by thousands of young people across the globe to help them unlock their potential, make informed decisions, and pursue meaningful paths that align their unique talents with their purpose.

We are an assembly of senior professionals, each with a history of mentoring failing students to become successful professionals, and we have teamed up with our mentees to evolve MynaturalTalents platforms to address gaps in the global talent needs and life satisfaction. Our team comes from diverse backgrounds including education, psychology, philosophy, theology, technology, psychiatry, medicine, corrections and community development. We share a common vision: to empower people to discover and nurture their unique natural talents.

Each team member brings a deep commitment to our mission. We work collaboratively to continuously improve our platform, expand our reach, and create meaningful impact in the lives of young people and their families.
